What you do here

-	Teach concert accordion to students on all classical music courses (PreCollege, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Pedagogy, Performance and Specialized Music Performance)
-	Interdisciplinary teaching in the interpretation of contemporary music and other modules if skills are available
-	Build and develop your class on site in weekly face-to-face lessons, class auditions, commission and exam work
-	Promoting the next generation in a transdisciplinary art academy and actively participating in research fields and music education contexts
-	Participate in committee work with colleagues on the design and further development of curricular content

What you should ideally bring with you

-	Successfully completed university studies, a high level of artistic qualification, teaching experience at university level with different types of instruments
-	Artistic career as an internationally active concert accordionist who represents the accordion repertoire in its full breadth artistically and pedagogically
-	A broad stylistic range and the ability to classify and communicate current artistic discourses in the field. Openness to neighboring disciplines
-	Confident use of the current variety of methods in didactics, associated research questions and informed use of digital learning tools
-	Knowledge of the local music education system in the broad and top level promotion. Confident correspondence and teaching skills in German, French and English
