The music clips chosen by a selection committee are in the program Best Swiss Video Clip of the 53rd Solothurn Film Festival. At the Upcoming Award Night on Saturday, January 27, 2018, the five nominated clips for the main prize will be Best Swiss Video Clip announced. Each nomination is endowed with CHF 2000.
The award ceremony of the Best Swiss Video Clip will take place on March 24, 2018 at the m4music festival. A jury award and an audience award will be presented. Both are endowed with 5000 francs.
The prize money and the nomination money are donated by the Fondation Suisa.
