On the occasion of the 41st International Circus Festival (January 19 to 29, 2017), Reto Parolari was awarded the "Swiss Circus, Variety and Artist Friends" sponsorship prize for his great services to the circus industry and especially for his 22 years as chief conductor of the festival orchestra in Monte Carlo. In addition to the certificate, the prize - the only one of its kind in Monaco - also includes a sum of money.

At the gala on January 24, Reto Parolari also received a diploma from his boss, Princess Stéphanie of Monaco, confirming his participation in the gala and the festival.

Swiss television will be showing excerpts from this year's festival during Easter in April.
